Yes! It is 100% safe and secure. We provide each client with an individual FTP with different username and password, which can be accessed by you and us. Thus, it is absolutely safe.

Absolutely yes! It is mandatory for all of our staff to sign a SLA. Also, our equipment is fire-wall protected for both inbound and outbound security. Thus, no chance of your images being leaked out of office at all.

It depends on your requirements. We can provide a finished image in any format. Generally, we use JPG format for clipping path. But if you need masking, then we store images in PNG, PSD, or TIFF format.

You can send any type of file-be it JPG, TIFF, PSD, EPS or CR2. Though, it is better to send JPG files if you want to save time. Please feel free to send us what is best for you.

There is no maximum size fixed. You can send us any size files.

You can send a file any time. We are open 24×7 round the year.

There is no fixed time duration. Completion time depends on the complexity and quantity of your projects. We intimate it with our clients as we get order from them. If images are simple and the quality less than 100, you can expect a delivery within 24 hours of order. But if images are complex or the quantity is very large like 500 or more, it may take 48 or 72 hours in final delivery.

There is a minimum charge of $25 USD per order. But no matter how many images you need processed, whether it would be 1 or 1,000 we will happily do that for you. Because small businesses are as important as big ones.

• At BestImageClipping.com, your images are handled with highly qualified DTP professionals and we do not expect this to happen. However, in the unfortunate event, just send us an email describing the problem and your requirement. We will redo that image(s) for you with high level of priority at no extra cost.
• We strive for the highest level of satisfaction. That means if your artwork doesn’t turn out the way you had expected, we will go back and correct it free of additional charge. We have no trouble going back as many times as need to make sure you artwork is exactly what you need.
